The challenge of event F&B
Event F&B is unlike any other type of hospitality. You have one window: the 45 minutes before the show, the break between periods and the gap in the schedule. Thousands of guests, all moving at the same time, all expecting to be served quickly.
Most venue operators manage this by staffing up. More people behind the counter, more card machines out. But without a system that connects all of those points eg. multiple terminals, multiple ordering stations, different areas of the venue, you're running each point independently. There's no unified view of what's selling, what's running out, or how the event is tracking.
After the event, someone has to reconcile it all.
How Restolution handles it

Payment wherever you sell
Portable terminals go with your staff to concourse points, bar stations and pop-up counters. Every point sells on the same system, so opening another serving point doesn't mean setting up another one.

Every payment method at every point
Cards, mobile payments, vouchers and gift cards are accepted at every serving point, not just the main counters. Guests pay the way they would anywhere else in the building.

The whole venue in one report
Sales from every serving point land in the same system, so the evening is read from a single report rather than counted point by point. From there the data moves on to accounting and reporting as usual.
Industries
Whether you run a single café or a chain of 20, Restolution is built for the way you work. Not retrofitted from a generic platform.

Common questions for events and venues
Can we run multiple service points from one system?
Yes! All terminals, kiosks, and ordering points feed into the same platform. Revenue and reporting are unified across the whole venue, not split by point.
How does it handle high transaction volume in short windows?
The system is built for burst-load hospitality: arenas, festivals, and intervals. Terminal response time and kitchen display throughput are designed for this environment.
What happens if there's a connectivity issue mid-event?
Offline handling is included. A dropped connection at one terminal doesn't stop service. Transactions sync when connectivity resumes.
Can we use Restolution for a temporary event setup, not a permanent venue?
Yes. Portable and temporary configurations are available. Hardware can be set up quickly and removed after the event. Talk to us about what your event format looks like.
